Are bags from the sale excluded from exchanges?
Our travel bags, backpacks, toiletry bags, and weekenders in the sale are regular items from our collection. Brand new and in original packaging. Therefore, our sale items are subject to the same terms and conditions and return policies as all other non-discounted items. The return period is 14 days. The warranty period is 2 years.
Are the discounted items in the shop discontinued or B-grade?
The reason for the clearance is usually excess stock in our warehouse resulting from minimum production quantities and low sales. In the end, these excesses tie up capital, and as a small and medium-sized enterprise, we must be mindful of our working capital. If we ever do hold a "sample sale" or sell products with minor defects (B-grade), we will label these items separately.
When will the next DRAKENSBERG sale be?
We don't follow the usual sales periods or other market participants when it comes to sales. This is also because we don't sell seasonal or highly fashionable travel accessories. The reason is our slow fashion mentality and our concept of sustainable consumption. Our travel bags are stylish and timeless ambassadors of the most influential design epochs. Design that has existed for over 200 years and will surely continue for another 200 years. A sale at DRAKENSBERG only happens when we discontinue a product or on special occasions.
